Overview
Enjoy the relaxing benefits of yin yoga by working through passive stretches that are held from three to five minutes. Most of these poses done on the floor, with the use of props. Yin yoga a targets the connective tissue between our muscles and fascia. By stressing the joints, in long holds we are increasing circulation to the joints for increased range of mention & flexibility. Instead of forcing ourselves into relax & soften, allowing our body the time to release naturally.
